I am starting my 11th year of teaching this fall. I graduated from Northeastern State University in 2000 with a BS in Elementary Education. My first job ended up being a Pre-k teacher in a head start program. The program sent me back to school to get the last few hours I needed to be endorsed in Early Childhood Education. I work for them for five years moving on to the school district I grew up in and teaching one year of Kindergarten with Broken Arrow Public Schools. I then got a job with Tulsa Public Schools teaching Pre-k where I currently teach at.
